Pictures Don’t Do it Justice!
“This was my family’s favorite cabin that we’ve stayed in, so beautiful! The pictures can’t capture how great this cabin is. And the view is just stunning!” ~ 9/2022
Best Vacation Home We Have Ever Rented!
“We just returned from our stay at Grandview. This house is fantastic. It is VERY clean, roomy, beautifully decorated and WHAT A VIEW! We did not do everything we planned to do in town because we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch looking at the city and mountain views. Sabrina was very quick to answer questions we had before and during our visit. Future rentals in different areas have a high bar to live up to.” ~ 9/2022
“We had an amazing stay in Gatlinburg! There were 9 of us, including my 2 and 3 year olds, and this house had plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. My favorite spot was the completely screened in porch. There was even a screen under the decking, so you didn’t have to worry about any bugs getting in. The kitchen was huge with plenty of seating for all of us. We cooked breakfast every morning and made dinner 3 of the 4 nights we were there. It held everything we needed. This was our first trip with in-laws from both sides together in the same house, and it turned out wonderfully! We’re already planning our next stay!” ~ 7/2022
“This cabin did not disappoint. The view is amazingly beuatiful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch at all hours just admiring the wonderful view of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of utensils, cups, and dishes. It also had plenty of pots/pans and appliances (blender, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot. etc.) for us to use. When we needed to communicate with Sabrina, she was very friendly and quick to respond. The drive to the cabin was not bad at all, especially compared to other cabins I have previously stayed in. It was hard to leave this beautiful cabin with its spectacular views. I highly recommend, and I would definitely book this cabin again. Thanks for a great place to stay during our vacation!
If you have little ones, I would suggest bringing a baby gate to block the stairs. We are so glad we thought to grab ours before heading to Gatlinburg.” ~ 6/2022
Drive Up is Worth the View!
“Newer built house with plenty of space and rooms for our family. We got used to the narrow, windy road to and from the house. Ample space to park around the house. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and entrance to the Smoky Mountains. Enjoyed the incredible view of Gatlinburg and the mountains from the large, comfortable screened in porch as we relaxed at night.” ~ 5/2022
Perfect Location and Space
“This was an amazing location for our Smoky Mountains vacation! It was incredibly clean and well equipped, and had more than enough space for our family of 5. The drive up was scary the first time but we got used to it quickly. The location is great, only 5-10 minutes to Gatlinburg and 15-20 to most of Pigeon Forge. The views from the deck were amazing and it was so nice to have that space to hang out in. Only recommendation would be to bring your own streaming stick if you have kids that want to watch shows or movies as there weren’t many tv channels available.” ~ 4/2022
Sisters 50th Birthday Girls Trip
“6 girlfriends and daughters celebrated my sister turning 50 years old. We had a ball, it snowed the night before we came. Our host was awesome on helping us with road conditions. House was I. A perfect location, nice furniture and decor. Well appointed kitchen. Huge bathrooms and closets. Beautiful night view of downtown. Will definitely be back❤️” ~ 1/2022
