Without a doubt, the brand new Highlands View Lodge offers Gatlinburg’s Best Views is several directions.  This vacation rental is the definition of ‘a little piece of Heaven.’

Up to 36 people are welcomed with luxury amenities that begin the minute they arrive, with ample, level parking for up to 8 vehicles, making moving right in quick and easy.  With 4,000 sq. ft. of living space, there is plenty of room, plenty of comfort and plenty of relaxing entertainment to be found.

Our main floor features an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room, along with a shared bathroom and laundry room.  There are 2 bedrooms offering accommodations for up to 8 people on this level, so only two steps into the front are required.  This level is the place to relax and converse at individual dining tables or from big, comfy furniture in front the fireplace, big screen TV, or walls of glass to soak up the view.

The fun begins downstairs where they’ll find a full theater room with big screen, an arcade/video gaming system, and kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave.  There are 4 bedrooms offering accommodations for up to 14 people.

The upper level accommodates up to 17 guests and offers a pool table and the same fantastic view as the lower levels.

Enjoy the comforts of the indoors, or embrace the mountain view from out.  Multiple picnic tables, rocking chairs and a porch swing, a hot tub and charcoal grill are sure to have everyone gathering on the deck for their best vacation photos yet!

As an added bonus, Highlands View Lodge is decorated for the holidays!  With 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths, it’s the ideal choice for a couples retreat, family reunion, church group or wedding party.  Attention has been paid to every detail!

“What a great large space for family and or reunion. Everything we could have imagined was provided – kids loved the movie theater and video games. Views from the patio were amazing and so peaceful as we watched the clouds float by – all while looking across the mountains at Anakeesta. My only recommendation is for a bit larger bath towels. They are a bit on the small side. Otherwise everything was comfy and it was a very seamless express check-in. They even called us when the house was ready – a few hours before our check-in.
